Return Policy

Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Product Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Consultation Services

Consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
